Terms & Conditions – C2 Club

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Users aged 13-17 may use the Platform under parental or guardian guidance.

2. User Accounts and Responsibility

Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.

Users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and phone verification access.

3. User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload.

By posting content, users grant C2 Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote the content for service operation.

4. Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posts are anonymous to other users but may be internally traceable by the Platform for safety, moderation, and legal compliance purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, abusive, or hateful content
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Engage in fraud, scam activity, or manipulation
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization

6. Moderation and Enforcement

C2 Club reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Marketplace and Listings

The Platform acts only as a listing and connection service and is not a buyer, seller, or payment intermediary. Transactions occur solely between users.

8. Challenges and Rewards

The Platform may conduct promotional challenges, contests, or campaign events offering rewards based on participation or skill-based performance:

• No Purchase Necessary: All challenges, contests, and promotions are 100% free to enter. No purchase, entry fee, or deposit of money is required or permitted to participate.
• Tax Obligations (TDS): All payouts, cash rewards, or winnings may be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, or other applicable laws. C2 Club reserves the right to deduct applicable tax before making any reward distribution.
• Eligibility & Decisions: Eligibility criteria and campaign rules vary. Fraudulent activity or manipulation results in immediate disqualification. All evaluations and decisions regarding campaign outcomes are final.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. User Rights and Data Principal Rights

Users have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), including the right to access, correct, and erase their personal data. These rights can be exercised through the app or by contacting our Grievance Officer.
